If you upload a photo for analysis, we process the submitted image, visible facial features in that image, and related facial geometry or facial feature measurements needed to generate the report.

2. How we use it

We use this information to provide and improve our services, keep the service secure, and comply with legal obligations.

We may share submitted photos and related analysis data with service providers, including OpenAI and cloud infrastructure providers, solely to process requests, operate the service, store recent analyses, and protect the platform.

3. Data retention and security

Uploaded photos are stored in secure application storage so we can generate your report and keep recent analyses available in your account. Uploaded photos are retained for up to 14 days and then automatically deleted from storage. Generated reports may remain associated with saved analyses in your account history after the photo itself is deleted. We use industry-standard measures to protect your data.

We process uploaded photos only to provide the service to you. We do not use uploaded photos to train this app.

We use reasonable safeguards such as access controls, secure storage, and encryption in transit and at rest where applicable to protect uploaded photos and related data.

4. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

You may also request deletion of uploaded-photo data and withdraw consent to future photo analysis. Depending on applicable law, you may be able to act through an authorized agent.
